Video consultations save travel time and waiting-room hours. A little preparation helps your doctor understand your problem quickly.
Before the call
- Charge your phone and check your internet connection.
- Choose a quiet, well-lit room.
- Keep previous prescriptions, reports and your medicines nearby.
- Write down your symptoms, when they started and your questions.
During the call
- Describe your main problem first.
- Show the affected area on camera if the doctor asks.
- Repeat the advice back to make sure you understood it.
