How do I book a video consultation?
Search for a doctor, choose Video Consultation, pick a time and confirm. At your appointment time, open the booking and press Join — it works on phone or computer.
Can a doctor or nurse come to my home?
Yes. Choose Doctor at Home or Home Nursing, enter your address and pick a time. You can follow the visit from your bookings page.
How can I pay?
We accept eSewa, Khalti, FonePay and Visa/Mastercard. Medicine orders can also be paid in cash on delivery.
Where can I see my prescriptions and reports?
After you log in, everything from your visits is saved in your Health Timeline.
Can I use the website in Nepali?
