Stress-related sleep problems are very common and usually improve with good sleep habits: fixed wake-up time, no screens for an hour before bed, no tea or coffee after mid-afternoon, and writing down worries earlier in the evening. Slow breathing or relaxation exercises in bed also help. If this continues, or you feel low, hopeless or anxious most days, please talk to a doctor — support and therapy work well.
