Low vitamin D can cause tiredness, body and bone aches and muscle weakness, but these symptoms have many causes. A simple blood test can confirm it. Getting 15–20 minutes of sunlight on your arms and face on most days helps. Don't take high-dose supplements without a doctor's advice.
